It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clifford Bise (Newport, Arkansas), born in Waldenburg, Arkansas, who passed away on December 18, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvie Bise and Emmer Bise (Calkin). He is survived by: his spouse Peggy Bise (Reynolds); his children, David Bise of Manassas, VA, Kenneth Bise (Candi) of Springdale and Debbie Fraser (Fred) of Bono; his siblings, Howard Bise of Newport, Niles Bise (Emogene) of Weiner and Ruth Imogene Delbrouck of California; his grandchildren, Christopher Bise (Noel) of Conway, Jason Fraser (Diana) of Bono, Jonathan Bise of Clovis, NM, Kendrick Fraser of Bono and Jordan Blackstone of Little Rock; and his close friends, Tracey Bonds and Sandy Mashburn. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
