It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Elaine Casey of Newport, Arkansas, born in Jonesboro, Arkansas, who passed away on June 29, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Garland Eugene and Geneva Franklin (Reed); and her sister Laura. She is survived by: her children, Steven Price of Memphis and Danielle Marshal of Conway; her brother Dale Franklin of Jonesboro; and her friend Shaniqua Dean. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
