She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Shelley and Dessie Shelley (Laird); and her siblings, Norman, Raymond Shelley and Jennie Rae McCoy.
She is survived by: her children, Nicky Carrizales (Diania) of Newport, Tanya Carrizales (Hubert Cornelious) of Newport, Tiffany Carrizales (Joe Walker) of Newport, Jamie Foster of Hot Springs and Michael Foster of Hot Springs; and her siblings, Neda Gordan of Newport, Linda Holmes of Walnut Ridge and Harvey Shelley of Florida. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
A memorial service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Dillinger Funeral Home Chapel (2001 AR-367, Newport, AR 72112).
