He was predeceased by: his father Roger Allen Clark; and his nephew Cody Lee Clark. He is survived by: his mother Alberta Clark; his stepchildren, Christiane Loftin (Stephen Foster), Jimmy Hendrix (Julissa) and Alex Hendrix; and his siblings, James Lee Clark, Billy Allen Clark, Debbie Ann Martin (Bill), Brenda Sue Clark and Erica Mae Clark. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
