He was predeceased by: his parents, William Estes and Edith Estes; his wife Anna Ruth Estes (Ferguson); his son William Birt Estes; and his siblings, J. D., Wendell, Dub Estes, Fay, Georgie, Ruth and Mary.
He is survived by: his daughters, Melanie Bennett (Phillip) of Newark, Mellisa Fike of Batesville and Anna Jena Hulsey (Gary) of Dunlap, Tennessee. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a lifetime of friends.
