He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hall and Gladys Hall (Pasley); and his siblings, Earl Dean Pollard, Burnam Hall, Mack Hall, Jo Hubbard and Brenda Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Jenenda Hall of Newport; his son Billy Gene Hall Jr. of Newport; his grandchildren, Cheyenne Hall of Conway and Amanda Johnson of Conway; and his great grandchildren, Kaden Simnitt of Conway and Ryder Johnson of Conway. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
