He is survived by: his mother Wilma Falwell; his wife Aimee Falwell; his daughter Gracy Falwell of Southside; and his siblings, Shane Fortenberry of Southside, Zach Falwell of Bradford, Stephanie Collins (Jeremy) of Tuckerman and Jessica Falwell of Southside. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
