We are sad to announce that on July 19, 2020, at the age of 86, Barbara C. Kizer of Newport, Arkansas, born in El Dorado, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney B. Cockrell, Sr. and Margaret Hall Cockrell; and her son John David Anderson, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Holly Beth Carter (Terry) and Mary Lisa Gillert-Price (Ed). She is also survived by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
