It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony Utah Carter of Newport, Arkansas, who passed away on February 23, 2021, at the age of 41, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ralph, Bessie Carter, Fay and William Pierce; and his stepfather Terry Tackett.
He is survived by: his parents, Toney Carter (Michelle) of Batesville and Monica Tackett of Newport; his children, Austin Carter of Newport and Karaline Easter (Garrett) of Newport; his siblings, Travis Carter of Newport and Mercedes Mize (Cody) of Batesville; and his grandchild Alexa Easter of Newport. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
