It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alfred Ray Simons of Newport, Arkansas, who passed away on March 23, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Simons and Bessie Simons (Mankey); and his siblings, Charles Vestal Simons, Billy Joe Simons, Betty Sue Fox, Geneva Simons, Joyce Dunn and Verna Mae Summers.

He is survived by: his aunt Carroll; his wife Debra Simons of Newport; his aunt Sue Huskey (Carroll) of Tuckerman; his brother-in-law David Emery (Tammy) of Newport; and his nephew Ricky Simons. He is also survived by many other nephews, nieces and numerous friends and family.
