He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Ray Turner and Allene Annis Grice Turner; his son Jesse Turner; his granddaughter Courtney Jackson; and his siblings, Bobby Turner and Janice DeGarmo.
He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Ray Turner of DeQueen, Amanda King of DeQueen and Angelique Frost (Jason Sellers) of Conway; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Nicholas, Lucas Frost, Dylan King and Taylor Turner. He is also survived by five step-children; ten step-grandchildren; and numerous extended family members and friends.
