He was predeceased by: his parents, Ulis Branscum and Ruby Branscum (McClain); and his siblings, Etheleen Looney, Ona Jackson, Ula Mae Branscum, Beulah Branscum, Glenn Dean Branscum and Afton Edmon Branscum.
He is survived by: his brothers, Allen Craig Branscum (Patsy) of Pfeiffer and Shelby Eugene Branscum of Gainsboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
