She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Samuel and Ethel Mae Woodruff (Green); her husband Johnny O. Johnson; her sister Kathy Stout; and her grandsons, Tyler Spencer and Chris Spencer.
She is survived by: her son Michael Powell (Kathryn) of Newark; her stepchildren, Scott Johnson (Rachel) of Cabot, Deana Morris (Dean) of Malvern and Jeanna Bieber of Forrest City; her grandchildren, Seth Powell of Newark, Taylor Ozbun of Weiner, Brant Ozbun of Newark, Abe Ozbun of Newark, Steven Stout of Rosie, Paige Stout of Rosie, Holly Stout of Rosie, Ashton Walker of Cabot and Lauren Taylor Johnson of Heber Springs; her great grandchildren, Steller Stout, Jax Ozbun, Austin Spencer, Anna Spencer and Hadley Spencer; and her nephew Brad Stout (April) of Rosie.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Newark First Baptist Church (514 W 7th St, Newark, AR 72562). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at the Blue Springs Cemetery (1301 Long St, Newark, AR 72562).
