He is survived by: his mother Emma Lee Hogans (Sanders); his children, Jonathon Hogans, Marcus Allen Hogans, Billy Ray Hogans, Nathan Vandevert and Tina Nichole Hunter; and his brothers, David Lee Hogans and Grady Allen Hogans. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
