She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Green and Annie Green (Jones); her husband Thomas Alva Treadway; her granddaughter-in-law Jennifer Treadway; and her siblings, L. C., Elmer Green and Ethel Woodruff.
She is survived by: her children, Tommy Treadway (Debra) of Magness and Carol Treadway of Newark; her grandsons, Chad Treadway (Gayle) and Scott Treadway (Priscilla); and her great grandchildren, Wyatt Treadway, Nikki Vinson, Cody Melton and Aspen Melton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a lifetime of friends.
