He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney Lawrence and Pearl Lawrence (Peterson); and his siblings, Barney Lawrence Jr., Roy Lawrence and Faye Darby.
He is survived by: his significant other Brenda Smith; his children, Jason Lawrence of Alabama, Kimberly Vanwinkle (Roger) of Newark, Julie Chabirson of Newport, Melissa Cabanas of Batesville and Gloria Lawrence of Texas; and his sisters, Tammy Haney of Wynne, Nelda Davis of Forrest City and Linda Lawrence of Forrest City. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
