He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Bly and Verniss Hodges (Carpenter); his grandson Kristofer Coleman; and his brothers, Edward, Gene, Bill and Kenny Hodges.
He is survived by: his wife Wilda Louise Hodges (Sullins); his children, Michael Ernest Hodges and Debbie Dicus; and his sister Ann Ward of Jonesboro. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a lifetime of friends.
