We bid farewell to Emily Ellen Goodman of Newark, Arkansas, born in Sulphur Rock, Arkansas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 6, 2024 at the age of 75. Emily Ellen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the vast expanse of eternity, Emily Ellen shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Emily Ellen farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Troy Hutchinson and Iola Hutchinson. She is survived by: her husband Edward Goodman; her children, Emily Nast (Bobby) of Harrisburg, Patricia Kolke (David) of Newark, Sharon Shears of Newark, Edward Dewayne Goodman (Wendy) of Newark and Justin Goodman (Allison) of Carlisle; and her brother Troy Neil Hutchison (Caren) of Newark. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great- grandchildren, great- great -grandchildren, and a host of nieces, and nephews.

A graveside service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Mt. Zion Cemetery.
