He is survived by: his wife Essie Jane Vinson of Newark; his mother Barbara Vinson Munnerlyn (McVay); his stepfather Darrell Munnerlyn of Newark; his children, Adam Vinson (Sara) of Newark, Grant Vinson (Sarah) of Charlotte and Laci Cameron (James) of Newport; and his grandchildren, Brody, Colton, Rustin, Grady Vinson of Charlotte, Taydem and Kyleigh Ware of Newport.
