He is survived by: his wife Sue Ritter (Morris); his sons, Billy Ritter, Jr. (Sarah) of Newport and James Ritter (Keri Hufford); his brother Brian Ritter (Jenn); his uncle Stan Combs of Huntington Beach; and his siblings-in-law, Kathleen Turner of Tuckerman, Teresa Keller of Fisher, Roger Morris (Mary Jo) of Pumpkin Bend, Stanford Morris of Newark, John Morris of Roseville and James Morris of Cave City. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
