We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2022, at the age of 91, Billy Norris of Newark, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Norris and Emma Norris (Wheelis); his former wife Julia Ann Norris; and his siblings, Bobby L. Norris and Betty Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Norris (Lynch); his sons, Kenneth Ray Norris (Donna) of Carthage and Stephen Lee Norris (Kim) of Lake Havasau, Arizona; his stepson Phillip Baker of Batesville; his daughter Belinda Gale Sarne of Houston, Texas; his stepdaughter Missy Carlile; and his siblings, Raymond Paul Norris of Wichita, Jackie Norris of Oklahoma, Madline Burns of Batesville and Mildred Brewer of Newark. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and a lifetime of friends.
