We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2021, at the age of 83, Benny Barber of Newark, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Amos and Rosa Etta Barber (Marshall); and his siblings, Marshall Barber, Emma Gene Freeman, Eula Ingram, Mary Etta Davis, Willie Mae Dyles, Madie Bridgeman, Eloise Alford and Blanche Rainwater.
He is survived by: his former spouse Miss Judy Robinson; his wife Judy Barber (Robinson); his children, Doug Barber of Tucson, Alan Barber (Jacque) of Phoenix, Arizona, Sean Barber of Saltillo, Arkansas, Joshua Robinson (Jamie) of Olive Branch, Adam Barber of Newark, Lori Tatum (Clark) of Phoenix, Liz Barber of Phoenix, Meagan Spinks (Hulan) of Locust Grove and Suki Nhan (Tony) of Kansas City, Kansas; and his siblings, Amos Barber of Phoenix, Arizona and Nina Wester. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and a lifetime of friends.
In lieu of flowers, the Barber family requests memorials be made to the Paragould Children's Home, 5515 Walcott Road, Paragould, AR 72450.
