He was predeceased by: his parent Elmer L. Parker; his sisters, Madris Vinson and Maxine Cornett; and his great grandchild Lexis Bynum. He is survived by: his parent Mable Whittington Parker; his wife Marnell Thompson Parker; his children, Keith Parker (Sandra) of New Edinburg, AR., Debbie Haycox (Richard) of Hope, AR and Cheryl Bynum (Jim); his sister Mary Autry of Warren, AR.; his grandchildren, Tim Haycox (Christine), Levi Bynum, Ashley Fant (Zach), Kaleb Parker, Lindsey Bynum and Tyler Parker; and his great grandchildren, Sydni Bynum, Cannon Haycox and Harper Haycox.
