Waters Sr. and Vera Monk Waters; her siblings, Sylvia Waters, Edna Studdard, Myrl Cato, Richard R. Waters Jr. and Monroe Waters; her son George Parrott; her son-in-law Sam Miller; her children, Vickie Miller of Fordyce and Ron Parrott (Jan) of Bullhead City; her grandchildren, Donna Martindale (Jack) of New Edinburg and Joe Parrott (Addie) of Houston; her great grandchild Dixie Martindale of New Edinburg; and her sisters, Jessie Carter of Memphis, Barbara Price of Fort Worth and Lou Nicewonger of Winlock. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Shady Grove Cemetery in New Edinburg.
