She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Neely and Coeller Lanier Neely; her husband Noel Junior Williams; her children, Noel Michael Williams and Margaret Ann Williams; and her sister Maxine Blair.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenny Williams (Brenda) of New Edinburg, AR, Johnny Williams (Becky) and Little Rock. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great- grandchildren.
