He is survived by: his wife Wilma Jean Howard (Groves); his children, David Howard (Becky) of New Edinburg and Tonda Braswell (Roger) of New Edinburg, Arkansas.; his sisters, Jearlene Thompson of Warren and Birdie Burnett of Monticello, Arkansas.; and his grandsons, Scott Braswell, Cody Howard, Colton Howard and Nathan Howard.
