He was predeceased by: his parents, James Horne and Ruth Horne (Swain); his wives, Betty Lou Horne (Sanders) and Imogene Horne; his son Danny Horn; his siblings, Ora Varnell, Gertrude Sparkman, Otis Horne, Boyce Horne and Loyd Horne; his grandson Daryl Horn; his grandson-in-law Troy Biddle; and his great grandchildren, Joseph Horn and Baden Biddle.
He is survived by: his sons, Howard Horn (Donna) of Lancaster, Charles Horn (Vicky) of Palmdale and Phillip Horn (Maggie) of Ivins, Utah; his daughter-in-law Betsy Horn of American Canyon, California; his grandchildren, Amanda Biddle, Amy Godde, Wendy Dunbarr, Heather Vasquez, Wesley Horn, Holly Bushrod, Hunter Horn and Clifford Horn; his great grandchildren, Greta Horn, Jared Horn of Devon Biddle, A. J, Vasquez, Hannah Horn, Levi Horn, Avery Bushrod, Calvin Bushrod, Kendell Bushrod of Jacob Horn, J. T, Harper Horn and Charlee Godde; his nieces, Ruth Michael and Debra Matheus; and his nephew Benny Varnell.
