He was predeceased by: his parents, Nevath Vengimon Talley and Martha Jean Carter Talley. He is survived by: his siblings, Martin Talley (Jo), Loretta Stehle (David), Helen Palacio and Jonelle Fulmer (Dane); and his extended family, Dr. Lisa Snow, Daniel "Taz" Snow and David Snow. He is also survived by nieces, nephews cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Jacksonville Friends of the Animals, Community Cats of Central Arkansas, or Shoal Bay Animal Haven.
