He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Sheppard and Dorothy Sheppard (Taylor); and his sisters, Linda Holthusen and Glenda Bryan. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Sheppard (Nolan); his children, Janice Ann Importante of Van Buren, William Allan Sheppard of Natural Dam and Jimmy Dean Sheppard of Rudy; and his sister Brenda Elmore of Mansfield. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
