With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Velma Carter of Natural Dam, Arkansas, who passed away on July 2, 2021 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Tudor and Allie Tudor (Franklin); her husband Charles Carter; her son Raymond Carter; and her grandson John Britt.
She is survived by: her children, Alma Bolte of Natural Dam, Norma Britt of Hartford, Donna Hill of Mulberry, Ada Klomfas of Natural Dam and Edward Carter of Natural Dam; and her brother Raymond Tudor of Natural Dam. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren; 7 great great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
