He was predeceased by: his daughter Cynthia Emberton; his parents, Manuel Emberton and Vinia Emberton (Hoosier); and his siblings, Deloris Emberton, Kenneth and Jimmy Emberton.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Ann Lipe (Kevin) of Van Buren, Karen Emberton of Juneau, AK, Shauna Hayes (Ralph) of Cedarville, Tanya Rae Emberton Parks of Van Buren, Allen Emberton (Rosa) of Van Buren and Richard Emberton; his sister Pauline Riddle of California; and also Laurie Myers. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
