Carter; her children, Jason Carter (Michelle) of Houston, TX, Jamie Carter of Van Buren, AR and Joy Carter of St. Louis, MO; her grandchildren, Zach Carter of Houston, TX, Maddy Bennett (Paul) of Alma, AR and Halea Carter of Cedarville, AR; and her siblings, Darall Hopkins and Shirley Smithson of Van Buren.
