She is survived by: her husband Leroy Hager; her sons, Steven Heckard of Van Buren, Jason Heckard of Natural Dam and Bobby Heckard of Natural Dam; and her siblings, Lisa Wheeler of Mountainburg, William Burcham of Van Buren, Johnny Burcham of Uniontown, Tommy Burcham, Bruce Burcham of Mountainburg, Carl Burcham of Van Buren, Rickey Burcham of Van Buren and Mike Burcham of Van Buren. She is also survived by six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews.
