He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Skinner (Key); his parents, Leonard Sr. Skinner and Pauline Skinner (Raines); his sisters, Cathie Shelley and Barbara Shelly; and his stepmother Judy.
He is survived by: his children, Ranae Galvan (Mario) of Brownsville, Texas and Leonard E. Skinner of Natural Dam; his stepdaughter Christie Dies of Arizona; and his pet Blondie Ranae Skinner. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
