He was predeceased by: his wife Cathie Shelley (Raines); his parents, Robert Shelly and Alice Shelly (Allen); his sisters, Imogene Gray, Shirley Smith, Barbara Dale and Rosa-Juanita Shelly; and his grandson Laurent Brindou.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Dyer (James) of Rudy, Shantel Shelley of Stilwell, Oklahoma., Kenneth Shelley, Jr., Timmy Shelley (Jessie) of Natural Dam and Robert Shelley of Cedarville; and his siblings, Sharron Goss (David) of Natural Dam, Beverly Pyle, Husband Bill of Cedarville, Harrison Shelley and Jerry Shelley (Barbara) of Natural Dam. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren.
