He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Johnson and Leola Frances Ray Johnson; his granddaughter Jenna Beth Johnson; and his great grandchild Abigail Grace Shuler. He is survived by: his wife Diane Lynn Houser Johnson; his daughter Kelly; his son-in-law Tate Mitchell of Lockesburg, Arkansas; his son Jay; his daughter-in-law Tina Johnson of Nashville; his grandchildren, Jaycie Johnson, Jadyn Johnson, Cheyanna Shuler and C. J. Bryant; and his siblings, Shirley Nutt of Ozan, Marcille Dallas of Nashville, Spud Johnson of Ashdown and Frankie Johnson of Frog Level, Arkansas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
