He was predeceased by: his parents, James Fred Dean and Bessie Berthel Dean (Adcock); his son Junior (Gary Dwayne Dean); his grandchildren, Motley Axl Frueh and Journi Kay Pittman; his great grandchild Carson Dove; his siblings, James Dearl Dean, Daniel Ray Dean and Patsy Sue Pipkin (Dean); and his niece Cindy Key.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kristy Kay Simmons of Sulphur, Vanessa Nicole Fatherree (Brian) of Glenwood and Wendy Nicole Dean (Gary Stovall) of Prescott, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Sharrod Tollette of Orange, Cydney Simmons of Orange, Christopher Simmons of Lake Charles, Kylie, Kyra Fatherree of Glenwood and Joey Pittman of Prescott, Arkansas; his great grandchildren, Addy Tollette of Orange, Texas, King Tollette of Orange, Texas, Cason Dove of Orange, Texas, Caslynn Dove of Orange, Texas and Colson Dove of Orange, Texas; and his siblings, Terry Glen Dean of Nashville, Arkansas and Judy Diane Sanders of Murfreesboro. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
