She is survived by: her children, Alisha H. Neal (Otis Don Neal, Jr.), Inez Bartolomey Collado (Ann), Luis Orlando Collado, Lazaro A. Neal and Otis L. Neal; her siblings, Armonda Ruiz, Jr. (Dean) and Alice Cord (Jonos Cord); her grandchildren, Anthony Collado, Mattheas Serret, Dempsey W. Collado, Otis L. Neal, Devonte'I. Neal, Javon Davis, Otis Don Neal III, Elisa Wilson, Denaha Shepard and Isabella Neal; and her nephew Jason Cord. She is also survived by 17 great grand children, one great great grand child.
