Loy Wayne is survived by: wife Judy Graves Kuykendall of Murfreesboro; children-in-law, Vicki Cook of Murfreesboro, Richard Cook of Murfreesboro, Beverly Posey of Murfreesboro, Randy Posey of Murfreesboro, Dennis Kuykendall, Vanessa Kuykendall of Redwater, Randy Kuykendall and Michelle Kuykendall of Arkadelphia; and siblings, Carl Kuykendall of Clearfield, Gary Kuykendall of Fort Smith, Carolyn Reid of Benton and Cheryl Goodleaf of Fort Smith. Loy Wayne is also survived by ten grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
