We are sad to announce that on December 6, 2022, at the age of 47, John D. Legate of Murfreesboro, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Joe Legate and Mary Irene McKinnon Legate; and his grandparents, Joe, Iva Legate, Teddy and Lora McKinnon.

He is survived by: his wife Crystal Legate of Murfreesboro; his children, JohnAaron Legate of Murfreesboro and Destiny Legate (Chris Graves) of Wichita, Kansas; and his siblings, James Legate of San Antonio, Frank Hughes of Murfreesboro, Fritz Hughes of Murfreesboro, Peggy Alvarez of San Antonio, Iva Legate of San Antonio and Frances Lee of Murfreesboro. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
