He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Otis Bailey and Rvena Jackson Bailey; his wife Wanda Morrow; his son Keith Edward Bailey; his brothers, Otis Bailey, Jr., Carl Bailey, Leroy Bailey, Heshel Bailey, Paul Bailey and Olan Bailey; his daughters, Michelle Bailey (Leo Davis), Jimmie Hughes (Michael) and Mary Coleman (Charlie) of Nashville; and his grandchildren, Bailey White, Levi Hughes, Dale White, Lane Hughes, Mason Davis, Keith Coleman and Colton Coleman.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ridgeway Baptist Church (123 S Main St, Nashville, AR 71852). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at the Pike City Cemetery Road Pike City Cemetery.
