He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Terrell Turner and Macy Carnell Merritt Turner; and his brother Bobby Gene Turner. He is survived by: his wife Mary Turner of Murfreesboro; his children, Curtis, Jr. of Murfreesboro, Kay Turner of Murfreesboro, Gary Turner of Murfreesboro, Steve of Murfreesboro, Cindy Turner of Murfreesboro, Kathy and Randy Lingo of Birmingham, Ala; and his siblings, Glen Turner of Stamps and Cleta Cooper of Murfreesboro. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren.
