He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Parnell, John Parnell, Anthony Parnell, Michael Parnell, Cynthia Loyd, Tammy Rogers, Cherie Thacker (Leon) and LeeAnne Parnell; his siblings, Leslie Parnell (Judy), Ray Parnell (Doris), Harvey Parnell (Joyce), Argie Parnell (Sue), Donnie Parnell (Karen) and Violet Priddy; and his sister-in-law Flossie Parnell. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a host of other friends.
