With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Lue Tigue Cox of Murfreesboro, Arkansas, born in Amity, Arkansas, who passed away on May 6, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Tigue and Barbara Watts Tigue; her grandson Cameron Tate Cox; the father of her child Jamie Cox; and her siblings, James Tigue, Wesley Tigue, Floyd Tigue, Rufus Tigue, Helen Spears and Della Ann Henthorn.
She is survived by: her son James Jay "JJ" Cox (Aubrey Bailey) of Pike City; her granddaughter Brookelyen Cox of Delight; her brother Ed Tigue of Amity; her cousin Susie Pruitt (Johnny) of Murfreesboro; and her close friends, Sally, Jim McKinnon, Dennis, Shirley Smithson, Pam, Larry McKinnon, Peggy and Ricky Stone. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
