He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Allen and Christine Allen (Beaver); his great grandchild Taylor Jo Goolsby; his brother John Allen; his father-in-law George Freeman; and also Danny Rockwood.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Allen (Freeman); his children, Lori Goolsby of Fort Smith, Angie Ortner of Van Buren, David Goolsby of Alma and Johnny Allen (Colleen) of Mountainburg; his grandchildren, Cameron McKinney, Sean McKinney, Marli McKinney, Gabby Rowlen, Aspen Goolsby, Jorden Goolsby, Trey Allen and Ryan Allen; his great grandchildren, Kingston Rowlen, Cambree Allen, Taylynne McKinney and Harlynn McKinney; his sister Ida Ruth Riddell; his mother-in-law Rita Freeman; and his friend Brenda Rockwood.
