He was predeceased by: his grandparent Col. Thomas Epperson. He is survived by: his father Russell Garrett (Twila) of McAllen, TX; his sisters, Kendra Smith (Mike), Rishawn Lacey (Tony), Breanna Ybarra and Tabi Davis; his grandmother Pamela Epperson; his children, Prudence of Fort Smith, Abigail Garrett of Fort Smith and Hunter Garrett of Fort Smith; his niece Lauren Hamby; his nephew Joshua Garrett; and his close friends, Misti Rutherford of Fort Smith, Pallbearers, Justin Wade, David Reed, Jimmy Dale Frazier, Phillip Boren, Richie Boren, Jeremy Epperson, Honorary and Tony Lacey.
