He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl D. Burnett and Ida Mae Burnett (Schweitzer); his siblings, Mary Jo McIver, Sue Cox, Carl Jr., Alfred and Ronnie; and his nephew Larry McIver.
He is survived by: his wife Donita (Gregory); his daughter Ginger Burnett of Van Buren; his siblings, Judy Kelley, Betty Beauchamp of Fort Smith and Guy Burnett (Brenda) of Malvern; and his sisters-in-law, Deana Burnett of Alma, Melody English and Brooklynn Massey of Van Buren. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
