He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Kester and Mamie Snodgrass Kester; and his son Keith Kester. He is survived by: his children, Ruth Ann Brock, Rebecca Rush and Earl Kester of Mulberry; and his sons-in-law, John Wayne Rush, Michael Greenlee, Daniel Greenlee, Jeff Rush and Edward Thompson, II. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and seventeen great grandchildren.
