He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Billingsley (Millard); his daughters, Pamela Butler (Bill) of Louisville, Paula Oldham of Mulberry, Arkansas and Penny Baker of Mulberry, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Crayton, Presley, Mason, Hunter, Trevor and Kelsie; his great grandchildren, Xavier, Cael, Wyatt, Paisley, Charley, Rory and Oliver; his niece Lisa Michael Minix; and his nephew Justin Michael.
