He is survived by: his wife Joy Lemon (Bowlin); his mother Ruby Coulter (Rankin); his daughters, Heather Tune (Robin) of Mulberry, AR and Holly Gilbreth (Jack) of Mulberry, AR; his stepson Justin Bowlin of Mulberry, AR; his grandchildren, Bralynn, Cooper, Sierra, James and Hunter; his great grandchildren, Joseph and Lennon Kay; his siblings, Jim Lemon and Lori Cook; and his nieces and nephews, Erin, Vickie, Amber, Bambi, Ethan, John and Billy Jr..
